Deepened Bond: Dakota and Elle Fanning's Friendship Continues to Strengthen

Hollywood sisters Dakota and Elle Fanning have been supporting each other through their individual careers, regularly sharing the limelight in joint red carpet appearances. Their bond seems stronger than ever as they navigate the challenges of fame.

A source close to the sisters disclosed to Life & Style, "They both often say that each other is their best friend." The source further revealed, "They maintain constant communication, even when working on opposite sides of the world. If one is having a difficult day, the other is the first person they contact, whether it's through FaceTime or other messaging platforms."

This closeness is evident as Elle celebrates the success of her latest project, "Sentimental Value," in which she portrays Rachel Kemp, a young actress cast in a renowned filmmaker's movie. The film received a 15-minute standing ovation at the 78th annual Cannes Film Festival.

Elle's career appears to be on an upward trajectory, with fans eagerly anticipating her role as the younger Effie Trinket in "The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping." Meanwhile, Dakota has recently been seen in "The Perfect Couple" and "The Watchers" in 2024.

When asked about potential future collaborations, Elle revealed, "We have plans for sure." However, specific details regarding their upcoming project have yet to be disclosed. Previously, the sisters had planned to star together in an adaptation of Kristin Hannah's "The Nightingale," but the project was stalled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the past, Dakota and Elle have shared the screen in films, notably as younger and older versions of Lucy in the 2001 movie "I Am Sam." As they continue to thrive in Hollywood, the siblings appear committed to maintaining their close relationship, ensuring they never go more than two days without checking in with each other.

They often find solace in each other during their respective careers, given the demands of entertainment. This shared love for their bond makes them not just sisters, but also partners in pop-culture endeavors, as they continue to explore collaborative games within the world of movies.
