Deceiver PRETENDING as Justin Bieber Performs on Wynn Las Vegas Stage, Dupes Audience and Staff Members
In a bizarre turn of events, a French Justin Bieber impersonator named Dylan Desclos managed to deceive staff and audience members at Wynn Las Vegas's XS Nightclub on August 16.
Desclos, a 29-year-old from Normandy, is known for his uncanny resemblance to the pop star. He has been impersonating Justin Bieber for some time, perfecting his act since 2019 when fans at a Bieber concert first noted his striking similarity.
The impersonation reached new heights when Desclos and his team pulled off an elaborate ruse, allowing him to bypass security and take the stage during a DJ Gryffin set. He sang along to Bieber's hit "Sorry" while many fans screamed and recorded the event.
Outside the venue, Desclos posed for photos with fans and was filmed by onlookers. It remains unclear how many people inside XS had paid under the impression that Justin Bieber would be performing or were simply present when the impersonator unexpectedly took the stage.
The deception was uncovered by sharp-eyed commenters on social media who recognized Desclos from videos circulating online. Social media reactions included jokes, disbelief, and amusement about the situation.
Following the incident, Desclos was escorted out of XS Nightclub and permanently banned from all Wynn Resorts properties. It is unclear if any staff members were fired as a result of the incident, but it has prompted internal discussions about tightening security measures at XS Nightclub.
Wynn Resorts has not released any official statement confirming these reports. Desclos distanced himself from the claim of directly pretending to be Bieber, stating that the plan was driven by his team though he acknowledged being the lookalike himself.
Desclos's impersonation approach combines striking visual similarity, tattoo replication, and staged performances, culminating in high-profile pranks like the one in Las Vegas that brought him brief but intense public attention as a French Justin Bieber impersonator.
The incident highlights how seriously Bieber’s fandom takes identity and authenticity, fueling both amazement and backlash online. Despite the controversy, Desclos's impersonation career continues to thrive, with his viral presence and striking similarity to Bieber making him a notable figure in the world of impersonators.
