Today's Wordle Origins:
The term suite originates from the French word of the same spelling, meaning "a sequence," "a retinue," which in turn comes from Latin sequi, or "to follow." Initially, it referred to a musical sequence or attendants following someone implausible. Later, it was employed to describe extended or connected rooms and coordinated sets.
