DaVita Inc. to Report Q3 2025 Earnings: EPS Up 27%, Revenue Growth Expected

DaVita Inc. (DVA), a leading provider of kidney dialysis services based in Denver, Colorado, is set to announce its fiscal third-quarter earnings for 2025 on October 29. Analysts anticipate earnings of $3.29 per share, up 27% from the year-ago quarter, and revenue of $3.43 billion, marking a 5% year-over-year growth.

DVA's recent underperformance is attributed to a dip in normalized non-acquired treatment and a squeeze on adjusted operating margins. However, the company's earnings per share (EPS) is expected to rise 16.5% year over year to $12.73 in fiscal 2026, reflecting a positive outlook. In the second quarter, DVA reported revenue of $3.4 billion, up 6.1% year over year, and adjusted EPS of $2.95, up 47.5% from the previous quarter. Despite this, DVA stock has underperformed the S&P 500 Index and the Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund over the past 52 weeks.

DVA operates kidney dialysis centers and provides related lab services in outpatient dialysis centers, employing approximately 76,000 employees as of August 2025. The company's net income increased significantly by 22.3% in the last quarter, indicating a strong financial performance. Notably, DVA does not pay dividends to shareholders.

As DaVita Inc. prepares to release its Q3 2025 earnings, investors and analysts await further details on employee numbers, quarterly profit development, and the company's dividend policy. Despite recent underperformance, DVA's positive EPS growth projections and strong revenue growth suggest a promising future for the kidney disease treatment services provider.
