In an exciting turn of events, acclaimed musician Chrystabell will be performing at A Gathering of the Angels, a two-day festival dedicated to all things Lynchian, taking place in London at the end of this month.

The festival, set for September 27 and 28, encompasses the full weekend and features a variety of Lynchian special guests. Chrystabell's performance, titled The Spirit Lamp, will take place on Saturday, September 27.

Chrystabell's connection with David Lynch began in a studio session, leading to a decade-long musical collaboration. Their first collaborative effort, the album "This Train," was not produced due to contractual issues with a record label. However, they continued to work together on other projects, including "Cellophane Memories."

Their collaboration extended to the TV show Twin Peaks: The Return, where Chrystabell starred as FBI Agent Tammy Preston. She described working with Lynch on the show as a gift beyond measure and a chance to expand beyond her perceived limitations.

David Lynch, who passed away in January this year at the age of 78, was a dynamic, creative force in the middle of their collaborative projects. He is known for bringing in people who can help make space for the unknown and the mystical to be part of the experience.

Chrystabell's music was also featured in Lynch's 2006 film Inland Empire, in a song called Polish Poem. The song was created with input from Lynch, John Neff, and Chrystabell herself, with Chrystabell serving as an instrument for an unspecified entity.

Dean Hurley, an engineer, played a significant role in the musical collaboration between Chrystabell and Lynch. John Parish, who accompanied Chrystabell during the recordings of her first album "This Train" and the following albums, also collaborated with her for over a decade.

Tickets for A Gathering of the Angels are available now for those eager to experience the magic of a Lynchian event.

In addition to Chrystabell's performance, the festival promises a weekend filled with Lynchian delights, making it a must-attend event for fans of the enigmatic director.
