Each episode sees Blaine meeting with performers and masters to learn exceptional skills and secrets. In the Arctic Circle, he explores humanity's ability to endure freezing temperatures, while in South Africa, he uncovers the magic of its diverse cultures and wildlife. In Japan, Blaine delves into the concept of mastery by meeting with people who spend a lifetime refining a single skill.
The series provides a more personal side to Blaine that has rarely been seen before, offering a glimpse into his thought process and motivations. However, it's important to note that the content may be disturbing to some viewers, as all acts performed are inherently dangerous and were done under strict supervision.
