Wild Home Win Against Fürth: Darmstadt Keeps Pace - Darmstadt extends unbeaten home run with 4-2 win over Fürth

SV Darmstadt 98 secured a 4-2 victory over SpVgg Greuther Fürth in the 2. Bundesliga. The win extended their unbeaten home streak against Fürth to 13 games. Darmstadt’s performance also lifted them to at least third in the league table.

Darmstadt took an early lead when Fraser Hornby scored in the 11th minute. The hosts maintained pressure, but Fürth fought back with two goals from Noel Futkeu, including a penalty just before halftime.

The result strengthens Darmstadt’s position near the top of the table. Fürth, meanwhile, remains in the lower half after another defensive setback. The team will need to address its backline issues in the coming matches.
