Base jumpers, such as Devore, donning wingsuits ("winged suits") free-fall from cliff edges, utilizing the suit's fabric wings attached between arms and legs to navigate their descent. Typically, they deploy a parachute for landing, but unfortunately, Devore's story does not have a happy ending.
