The star-studded cast includes Italia Ricci, Scott Mechlowicz, Zachary Golinger, and Terence Rosemore. The story revolves around a musician and her son who move back to her childhood home, only to experience a series of terrifying events.

The narrative takes a dark turn when the son begins to exhibit increasingly unsettling behavior after the discovery of something sinister. The father, in a twist of events, claims the murder was committed to protect himself from an unknown evil force.

The plot of "The Confession" is inspired by the Pied Piper folk tale, promising a haunting and suspenseful journey. Will Canon, who also wrote and directed the film, has crafted a tale that is sure to keep audiences on the edge of their seats.

International sales for "The Confession" are handled by Danielle Gasher, founder of Vaneast Pictures. Gasher, named a Screen Future Leader in 2021, brings her extensive experience from Gravitas Ventures and Voltage Pictures to the table.

Meanwhile, Kevin Iwashina of Metzger Iwashina Media represents the US rights for the film. Vaneast Pictures' upcoming slate includes a variety of titles, such as the romantic comedy "F*ck Valentine's Day," the zombie comedy "Hellhound," the thriller "What We Hide," and the horror title "The Grieving."
