Revved Up for the 2025 Indy 500!

Get ready to buckle up, folks! FOX Sports is gearing up for the much-anticipated 2025 Indy 500, and they've got big names on board. Former NASCAR and IndyCar drivers Danica Patrick and Tony Stewart are joining the broadcast crew.

As the race season heats up, Will Buxton, who's recently swapped Formula 1 for IndyCar, will be steering the play-by-play alongside James Hinchcliffe and Townsend Bell on May 25.

With testing and qualifying in full swing for the 109th installment of this prestigious race, FOX Sports has spilled the beans about their broadcasting team for the late-May race weekend.

With his five-year stint in IndyCar from 1996 to 2001, Tony Stewart snagged the championship title in 1997. his scorecard boasts three race wins, seven podium finishes, and eight pole positions. Aside from his illustrious IndyCar career, he spent years racing in NASCAR, dominating the Craftsman Truck Series, Xfinity Series, Cup Series, and later co-owning the Stewart-Haas Racing team with Gene Haas. Fresh off the closure of SHR at the end of 2024, Stewart just made his mark with his first NHRA Top Fuel win.

Danica Patrick, joining Stewart in pre-race coverage, is the first woman to win an IndyCar Series race. She put in eight years driving for IndyCar from 2005 to 2018, notching one race win, seven podium finishes, and three pole positions. Apart from her racing career in IndyCar, she also competed in the NASCAR Xfinity and Cup Series, notching seven top-10 finishes and one pole position. After retiring from racing, Patrick has ventured into broadcasting and business ventures. She's currently part of the Sky Sports F1 team.
