Daily Wordle Clues, Solution, and Guidance for September 17, #1551
In the world of daily word puzzles, the anticipation for the latest Wordle answer is always high. Today, the answer is TEETH, a word that refers to the structures in your mouth that you use to chew food.
TEETH, with five letters, is a challenging one due to the repeated letters. It has two different repeated letters (E and T), making it a tricky puzzle to solve. Interestingly, TEETH does not begin with a repeated letter from the list of the most common letters in English words, as previously found here.
This word, however, does not describe a body part that was mentioned earlier in the week. Yesterday's Wordle answer was LEFTY, while the day before that was NADIR, THROB, NOISY, and ALONG, respectively.
The Wordle game, which has taken the world by storm since its publication on September 17, 2025, was created by Welsh software engineer Josh Wardle. He developed the game in 2021 as a personal project during the pandemic, before it became publicly popular and was later acquired by The New York Times.
So, if you're still trying to guess today's Wordle answer, remember that it's TEETH. Good luck, and happy guessing!
