The girls basketball team, however, has one state championship to their name, won in 2007. Despite these achievements, both teams will be aiming for more success in the upcoming season.
University of Wyoming Volleyball Team Faces Unknown Opponent
University of Wyoming's Head Coach Jay Sawvel finds it challenging to prepare the defense for the unknown quarterback who might play the entire game in their upcoming match against Colorado. With Colorado University having three signal callers for their football team, the Cowgirls will have to adapt quickly to succeed. The game will take place in Boulder.
Usual Suspects Dominate Class 1A State Tournament
In Class 1A, usually the same teams qualify for the 8-team state tournament each year. However, with the potential for a new Class 1B, there could be more variety in the teams competing for the title next season. If the proposal is accepted, Class 1B could start as early as next year.
