In Yakutsk's Sports microdistrict, efforts are underway to relocate residents from aging and unsafe buildings to newer, safer accommodations. Here's a summary of the current status:

Zhornitskogo Street

Three residential buildings (19 and 21 Zhornitskogo Street, and 13 Pioneer Street) have been relocated, and one apartment (27.60 sq.m) remains to be relocated, housing 5 people (a court decision is in place for it). The Department of Housing Relations is working closely with citizens, conducting daily apartment inspections, and agreements have been reached with 80% of the apartment owners. The house at 40 Zhornitskogo Street has been demolished. A 9-story municipal building for temporary housing is planned to be constructed on the site where the relocated buildings once stood.

Pioneer Street

This area also contains several older buildings marked for resettlement. As of today, 25 families out of 124 have exercised their housing rights, with 17 families receiving housing and 8 families receiving monetary compensation. The mobile office of RIA continues to operate for document collection for relocation, and the office address is Yakutsk, Pioneer Street, 38/1, apt. 12. The reception time is every Tuesday from 10:00 to 12:30.

Yakutskaya Street

Similar to the other streets, buildings deemed unfit for living are part of the resettlement plan. So far, 122 people from 3 houses have been resettled under the municipal program. In the "Zvezdochka" district, 15 municipal contracts have been concluded for the purchase of 39 residential units at a total cost of 153.9 million rubles.

The Yakutsk City Administration is responsible for the resettlement of citizens from five houses for the construction of a kindergarten and a sports complex.

Budget and Funding

By 2024, the budget provides approximately 555 million rubles for the resettlement of these houses. The total cost of resettlement of citizens from these three houses exceeds 245 million rubles. Monetary compensation for seized residential premises is provided for the owners of 8 residential premises. Six agreements on the provision of compensation have been concluded for a total of 32 million 553 thousand rubles, and monetary funds have been transferred to 6 families.

Future Plans

The delay in the start of construction is due to ongoing legal disputes with residents of the buildings to be relocated. The construction of the house is planned to begin in the IV quarter of 2024.

AO SZ "RIA" is working on relocating residents in the area of the future first residential building within the framework of the KRT project of the "Sports" microdistrict. Inquiries can be made to the resettlement department of JSC "RIA": 8(4112) 50-86-30, 8(924) 163-33-68.

While some residents have already moved to new housing, others are still awaiting their relocation as part of a phased plan tied to construction and funding schedules. For the most current updates, it may be necessary to consult the Yakutsk city administration or local news sources.
