CSKA proposes a deal for a potential recruit who expresses keenness towards Zenit.

CSKA Moscow has proposed a transfer for Greek midfielder Yannis Konstantelias from PAOK, according to reliable journalist Ivan Karpov. The offer, reported via Karpov's Telegram channel, includes an initial fee of €9 million plus bonuses, but was rejected by PAOK.

PAOK are aiming to secure a sale price between €15 million and €20 million for the academy product.

CSKA head coach Marco Nikolić has expressed a keen interest in signing Konstantelias, who aligns with the team's playing style. In response to PAOK's rejection of the initial offer, CSKA is preparing an improved bid. Previously, Zenit and several European clubs, including Girona, Salzburg, and Benfica, had registered interest in the 22-year-old.

Konstantelias scored four goals in 23 appearances during the 2020-21 Greek Championship season and has a market value of €17 million, according to Transfermarkt. He has also been called up to the national team for the upcoming friendly matches.

It should be noted that, while sources indicate Konstantelias is a promising young player in the Football Manager 2024/25 game, the search results do not address his real-world transfer status. For the latest developments in this story, it's recommended to monitor recent sports news or official announcements from PAOK and CSKA Moscow.

Bookmakers nearly doubled CSKA Moscow's initial offer for Yannis Konstantelias in an attempt to secure his transfer from PAOK, due to the midfielder's potential and promising football skills. European clubs like Girona, Salzburg, and Benfica, as well as the Premier League's Zenit, are closely monitoring the offer, considering the market value of Konstantelias, reported on Transfermarkt, and his current form in Greek and European-leagues.
