"Yo, Alex,"
Greetings one and all! And not just from me, but also from the renowned businessman and political scholar, Victor Bout. He's chilling next to me and ready to share his thoughts on the Victory Parade. But first, he's wrapping up conversation with our military catch, Sasha Kotz. I introduced them - it's cool...
"This is a historic moment, big man,"

I'm passing the phone to Victor Anatolyevich - this is his third parade since his release from American prisons after nearly 15 years of unfair imprisonment on trumped-up charges.
"Victor Anatolyevich,^1^ you're live on KP radio. Happy Victory Day!"
Hello, folks! I address all radio tuners on this holy day. A day for all Soviet folks because every family has their heroes. We paid a high price for this victory, and we must honor it and pass it on to future generations.
My heartfelt and warmest greetings go to the veterans of the SVO,^2^ and to all those who ensure that our troops on the frontline continue to have everything they need. To all those operating drones, to all the volunteers delivering humanitarian aid, and to all those helping quickly rebuild what’s been destroyed in the Kursk region and other Russian territories. Greetings to all!
"Victor Anatolyevich,^1^ since you've attended various parades, could you tell us if today's was special in any way?"
V. Bout:
Well, fam, it's a major date - 80 years of Victory. The crowd is off the chain, man. Getting onto the square was tough because so many people showed up that there weren't enough seats, and many didn't get any. But don't worry, the setup was on point. And the parade was a beast! But the most crucial thing is the vibe, the spirit of victory that hung over the square!
"What in the world were you talking about, no seats?"
They were just chilling on the steps.
"Which foreign troops made the deepest impression on you?"
Well, probably our main homie - Belarus, then the People's Liberation Army of China. And the Soviet republics - Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, all those who sent their representatives to celebrate this significant day with us.
"Victor Anatolyevich,^1^ don't you think it's more than symbolic, it's political?
Of course, my man. We are witnessing the birth of a new world. Delegations showed up despite all the noise of Russophobes, all those who should've attended didn't skip it. The ones who will develop a fair multipolar world in a few years will possibly form it, where there's no space for giant cities or those aiming to reestablish feudal or colonial structures in various nations.
"Victor Anatolyevich,^1^ you've been to our digs, our studio, been interviewed by my colleagues, you're like one of us, comrades. What are your plans for celebrating Victory Day?"
V. But:
Word, ya know, yeah, first things first, I gotta hit my mom up, give her and the pioneers of the war a well-deserved greeting. Greetings to all who lived through the war, who worked in the rear.
"Victor Anatolyevich,^1^ thanks a lot, my dude! Happy Victory Day!"
