Critical Role’s *The Mighty Nein* Gets an Animated Prime Video Series

Critical Role, the renowned livestreamed Dungeons & Dragons group, has captivated fans since 2016. The cast of voice actors has completed three full campaigns and recently embarked on a fourth. Now, their second campaign, The Mighty Nein, is set to become an animated series, streaming on Prime Video.

The Cast Wars game put the players through their paces with a series of challenging questions about Campaign 2: The Mighty Nein. Tasks included spelling Percy's full name, guessing how many times Jester cast Cure Wounds, and identifying which in-game romance had the most fanfiction on AO3. The competition became fierce, with Liam O'Brien even storming off in mock frustration at one point.

Fans can now look forward to seeing The Mighty Nein brought to animated life. The series will expand Critical Role's reach beyond livestreams and podcasts. With the cast's ongoing campaigns and new projects, their influence on Dungeons & Dragons storytelling continues to grow.
