Criminal Investigators in Neukölln require a key witness for a homicide case . Rewards are being offered by the authorities.
In the early hours of April 5, 2012, a tragic shooting incident occurred in Buckow, Neukölln. At around 12:20 AM, a group of five young men were standing on the sidewalk in front of a house on Rudower Straße 51.
At approximately 1:15 AM, an unknown man approached the group and fired several shots, resulting in one fatality and two serious injuries. The suspect is described as a male, approximately 170-180 cm tall, 40-60 years old, wearing a dark, possibly two-toned jacket, and a baseball cap or hood. The suspect fled the scene, heading in the direction of Möwenweg, turning right onto the nearby green area towards Laubängerweg.
The Public Prosecutor's Office Berlin is offering a reward of up to 15,000 euros for information leading to the clarification of the crime and the arrest of the suspect. However, it's important to note that this reward is not available for employees whose professional duty it is to pursue criminal offenses. The distribution of the reward will be made without legal recourse.
Anyone with information is encouraged to come forward. Witnesses who made suspicious observations or were in the area around the crime scene on the night of April 4th to 5th, 2012, are asked to provide their information.
