Robin Uthappa, a former Karnataka cricket team member, found himself in an unexpected predicament when a portion of an interview he gave was misconstrued, causing a rift with his teammate, Karun Nair.
In an interview, Uthappa shared a tell-all account of the tensions within the Karnataka team that led to his departure. One of his criticisms, while intended to address the distribution of Test caps, was misinterpreted as a direct attack on Nair.
