Crash leads to piles of debris: Three-vehicle collision on the road
In a recent turn of events, Aktau prosecutor Yerbolat Abdirov has been fined for disorderly conduct after a disturbance on a flight to Aktau, where he was temporarily suspended from work. The incident occurred on a flight from Astana to Aktau, where Abdirov was a passenger.
According to reports, two men, aged 38 and 40, were removed from the flight for being intoxicated and causing a disruption on board. They were handcuffed and escorted off the plane.
The men were charged with three offenses: disobeying a lawful order from a police officer, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct. However, the first instance court did not find evidence of an administrative offense against Abdirov, who was accused of being involved in the disturbance.
The Mangystau regional appellate court later overturned the decision, fining Abdirov for disorderly conduct instead. In total, since the beginning of the year, 447 people have been held accountable for various offenses committed on board aircraft. Of these, 120 were for smoking on board, 26 for disorderly conduct and other offenses threatening public order and flight safety, and 270 for public intoxication.
It's important to note that the search results do not provide information about which airline operated the flight from the capital city's airport.
