Court rejects bail request for "Uncle Phol" in connection to toddler's homicide
Chaiphol Wipha, also known as Lung Phol (Uncle Phol), has remained in custody following the Supreme Court's decision to reject his bail request. The high-profile case has gripped Thailand since Chaiphol was arrested and charged with the murder of three-year-old Nong Chompoo in June 2021.
