Court Expresses Concern over Persistence of Unlawful Buildings in Gachibowli, Telangana

In a recent development, the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has been directed by the Telangana High Court to take immediate action against illegal constructions in Survey Nos. 51 to 53, located in the Gachibowli area of Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy District.

The High Court's directive comes amidst concerns over unauthorised building activities in these survey numbers. The location, within the bustling city of Hyderabad, has been a subject of controversy due to the illegal constructions that have cropped up.

The GHMC, as the local authority responsible for maintaining and developing the urban infrastructure of Hyderabad, has been tasked with ensuring compliance with building regulations and demolishing any structures erected illegally.

The Chief Justice of India (CJI) has also recently made headlines for affirming respect for all religions following online backlash. However, the directive from the Telangana High Court is not related to this matter.

Meanwhile, the political landscape in India continues to be dynamic. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has accused Rahul Gandhi of attempting to create chaos in India, drawing parallels with the current political situations in Nepal and Sri Lanka.

On a different note, the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, has reaffirmed strategic ties with the Prime Minister of Greece, emphasising the importance of mutual cooperation and mutual respect in the international community.

As the GHMC works to address the illegal constructions in Hyderabad's Gachibowli area, the city continues to evolve, presenting both challenges and opportunities for its residents and authorities alike.
