Poletto invites to feast and marvel in the circus ring - Cornelia Poletto’s ‘Palazzo’ Dinner Show Dazzles for a Decade in Hamburg

Celebrity chef Cornelia Poletto is celebrating the 10th anniversary of her 'Palazzo' dinner show in Hamburg. Since 2014, she has been treating guests to a four-course candlelit menu beneath a circus tent, accompanied by acrobatic performances. The show, which seats up to 340 guests, runs until March 8, 2026, near Diebsteich S-Bahn station.

Poletto premiered her new show, 'Here & Now', on Thursday evening. She has been working with a fellow chef for eight years to implement her extravagant dinner ideas. The 'Palazzo' dinner show in Hamburg is one of five such productions across Germany and Austria, each hosted by a renowned chef. Despite a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, Poletto has been helming the Hamburg edition since 2014. Guests can enjoy juggling, clowning, aerial feats, and live music along with their meal.
