Coolie, starring Rajinikanth, receives an 'A' certification; official trailer to release today
The highly anticipated Tamil film, "Coolie," directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and starring Rajinikanth alongside Aamir Khan, has received an 'A' (Adults Only) certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). This decision comes due to the film's strong content.
"Coolie," produced by Sun Pictures, is not a typical family entertainer. Instead, it promises strong action scenes and a darker storyline, marking a departure from the usual Rajinikanth films. The film's cast includes Nagarjuna, Sathyaraj, Upendra, Shruti Haasan, and Soubin Shahir, alongside Rajinikanth and Aamir Khan. Sathyaraj and Rajinikanth are reuniting after 38 years, their last film together being Mr. Bharath. Aamir Khan makes a short appearance in "Coolie" as a character named Dahaa.
