"We scrutinized areas undergoing engineering works and network replacements where orders have already been closed and some are yet to be. I reiterate the importance of restoring the agreed-upon landscaping schedule following the completion of work and the closure of orders in the 'winter variant.' ATC (Administration of Town Planning and Construction) will keep an eye on compliance throughout May. If the landscaping is not up to the mark, offenders will be penalized. The fines are not a joke, reaching up to half a million rubles," warned Yuri Shalaev.
