In a recent episode of 'Piers Morgan Uncensored,' former swimmer Riley Gaines shared her views on the pro-Palestine stances taken by artists at Coachella, while the ongoing Israeli aggression in Gaza remained largely unaddressed.

Gaines, who was featured in the Fox News segment, criticized Irish band Kneecap and American band Green Day for projecting pro-Palestine messages during their performances at the music festival. In response, Kneecap took to their official social media, stating, 'The only part of this sh*te that made any sense.'

Gaines also suggested that pro-Palestine activists, including Kneecap and Green Day, should be 'anti-Hamas' rather than 'anti-Israel.' However, the Israeli aggression in Gaza, which has resulted in the killing of at least 51,200 Palestinians and injured nearly 117,000, was not a focus of her criticism.

The ongoing Israeli aggression in Gaza is a complex and ongoing conflict that has resulted in significant loss of life and injury for Palestinians. The attacks are not limited to direct attacks but also include constant bombardments, leading to numerous casualties without counting individuals killed under the rubble. This humanitarian crisis has been largely overlooked in the media coverage of the criticism of Kneecap, Green Day, and their pro-Palestine stances at Coachella.

Furthermore, Gaines criticized higher education institutions for allowing pro-Palestinian activists to 'infiltrate' their premises. She proposed removing pro-Palestinian activists from authority positions as a solution to combat young pro-Palestinian people in the US.

The Israeli aggression in Gaza continues without any significant ceasefire, with the ongoing humanitarian crisis affecting thousands of Palestinians daily. It is crucial to acknowledge and address the root causes of this conflict, rather than focusing solely on the actions of artists expressing their solidarity with the Palestinian people.
