In a grand gathering, the nation-wide charity sports-patriotic event, called "Dance of the Champions," unfolded on the vibrant grounds of the Skolkovo Innovation Center in the heart of Moscow on May 5, 2025.
This exhilarating celebration is all about bringing the nation together, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and patriotism. The event is an impressive display of creative spirit, with dance troupes from every nook and corner of the country showcasing their unique talents.
The event was graced by esteemed guests like singer and composer Konstantin Legostaev, Deputy Chairman of the Crimea First Movement Sergei Zheleznyak, TV host and singer Oleg Pikunov, military heroes, cultural icons, and prominent public figures. They were part of the dedication ceremony for the "Avenue of Fame," an honorary path at the Skolkovo Innovation Center, erected to mark the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Each participant also planted a tree with a nameplate along this historic path.

The event culminated with the initial performance of the "Dance of the Victors" festival anthem. Renowned singer Olga Vedya and the charismatic Oleg Pikunov took the stage for this memorable occasion, their voices echoing the spirit of unity and victory. Pikunov played an active role in the arrangement of the anthem and has been credited as its co-author.
Following their mesmerizing performance, Pikunov was honored with a commemorative medal "For Service to the Motherland and Fidelity to Traditions."
