Rock legend Stevie Nicks has announced that she will be taking a two-month break from her North American tour due to a fractured shoulder. The singer, who gained fame as a member of Fleetwood Mac and is also known for her solo album "Bella Donna", made the announcement to her fans on Instagram.

In a post on the social media platform, Nicks shared that she hopes to resume her tour in early October. However, her August and September shows will be rescheduled due to the injury.

In a surprising turn of events, Nicks and her ex-boyfriend Lindsey Buckingham are re-releasing their old album "Buckingham Nicks" in mid-September. This album, which is the only studio album released by the duo before they joined Fleetwood Mac, is set to be released on September 19, 2025.

The idea for the new album came after the devastating fires in Los Angeles in January. Nicks spent several months in a hotel after leaving her house in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood due to the fires.

Despite the connection between the fires and the album's creation, there is no stated link between the two in the disclosed materials. The promotional activity for the album, which includes a billboard on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, only advertises the album's release date and classic cover art without mentioning or linking to the fires in any way.

In addition to the tour pause and the re-release of "Buckingham Nicks", Nicks is also working on a new album. The details of the new album are not yet known, but fans are eagerly awaiting more information.

Nicks' North American tour, which was scheduled to run from June to November, has been met with much excitement by fans. The tour is set to resume in early October, and tickets for the rescheduled shows will go on sale soon.
