Music event 'Music in the Park' persists this Sunday, 24th August. Beginning at 4 pm, Blaskapelle Dammersbach and Stadtkapelle Hünfeld will perform at the Wella Pavilion within Hünfelder Bürgerpark.

The Hünfeld Citizens' Park is set to become the heart of summer entertainment, as the much-anticipated "Music in the Park" series returns for another year. The free concerts, taking place at the Wella Pavilion in the park, will kick off on Sunday, August 24th, and run until the grand finale on Sunday, September 14th.

The series will feature a lineup of talented bands, starting with the Dammersbach Brass Band and the Hünfeld City Band. The final performance will be a captivating duo, Duo Zweiklang, promising an unforgettable conclusion to the summer series.

Spectators are warmly invited to bring their picnic blankets and enjoy the music under the open sky. A limited number of chairs will be available for visitors during the final performance. Admission to all events is free, making it a perfect opportunity for everyone to attend.

For those who can't make it to the Hünfeld performances, the "Music in the Park" series is also happening at the Blue River Memorial Park in Shelbyville. The series there features tribute bands covering popular music genres from the 70s through 80s, with the final event on August 15, 2025.
