Competitor Rides Solo: Lone Cyclist Outpaces Peloton to Claim Tour de Suisse Stage 4 Victory

Hey there, cycling fans! We're diving headfirst into today's action-packed Stage 4 of the 2025 Tour de Suisse. This stage featuring the punishing ascent of the infamous Splügenpass, a formidable Cat.1 climb stretching a whopping 8.8 kilometers at an average gradient of 7.3%.

Racers gather in Heiden for the start of today's 193.2 kilometers journey, with the first Sprint at Splügen and the big mountain showdown at the top of the Splügenpass. Stay tuned as we bring you all the excitement and action from the women's peloton!

The neutral section of the race will begin at 11:50 CET through the streets of Heiden, with the official race start following shortly after. As the racers make their way through the picturesque Swiss countryside, keep an eye out for the various challenges ahead, including the Cat.3 climb at Sufers and another Sprint at Chiavenna.

With more than 3,000 meters of vertical climbing, today's stage will test the riders' endurance, but with deadly grades and little recovery time, strategic positioning and team support will play just as important a role in determining today's winner!
