Communication Act Update Proposed in Malawi: MACRA Solicits Public Opinions
The Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA) has initiated a review of the Communications Act, CAP 68:01, in response to the rapid changes in the communications sector. This review aims to adapt the legal and regulatory framework to meet the needs of the evolving market.
In a bid to ensure transparency and inclusiveness, MACRA is inviting stakeholders and the general public to participate in shaping the future of Malawi's communications regulatory framework.
