Around the World Pursuit of Love: "Farmer Wants a Wife International"
Get ready for some heart-warming drama as four relationship-ready producers from different corners of the world enter the dating scene in the brand new season of "Farmer Wants a Wife International". Cupid's doing more than just aiming his arrow for Inka Bause, the beloved matchmaker of the show, and countless singles anxiously awaiting the chance at love. The 7th season of this international extravaganza is a testament that love truly is a universal language.
"Love doesn't have a passport!" tells the excited Inka Bause, leaving no doubt that love has no boundaries. This season, we are introducing farmers, vintners, and an equestrian trainer from Namibia, Tenerife, Germany, and Bali, respectively. The latter, Carmen, is a 42-year-old mother of three who's given love a second chance after two failed marriages. Carmen's mother has flown in from Germany to help her daughter find her match amongst the applicants.
South of Tenerife, winemaker Roger charms the ladies Sophia, Ute, and Anke with bouquets and his charisma. The ladies seem unfazed by staying in wine barrels transformed into cozy bedrooms. On the contrary, Anke cheers, "This place is fantastic, and the view!" While everything is going swimmingly on Tenerife, there's still some work to be done in the chillier Brandenburg.
The farmers Björn and Marco, both from Namibia, are eager to find their perfect match amongst eight candidates each. As the speed-dating event kicks off, Lea from Bavaria, is welcomed by Björn with a Bavarian baseball cap, while Sarahs, the horse trainer and bank clerk, both celebrate Sarah's Day with gusto, presenting the farmer from Africa with Tupperware full of cooked sauerkraut, lemonade, and schnapps.
