Our five-year strategy, Navigating the Future, coasted into the 2023 harbor with one clear compass point: to broaden the scope of Northern Irish sailors. To make waves, we've recently appointed Oran Young as our Sailability Officer. He's the wind beneath our wings, giving us the ability to collaborate with local clubs and Sailability centers like never before, ensuring they optimize accessibility and boost membership.
Sailing towards an inclusive future, RYA Northern Ireland, in partnership with Disability Sport NI, aims to make sailing and boating a celebrated sport for all, embracing diversity throughout the journey.
