In a thrilling turn of events, comedian Matt Rife and YouTuber Elton Castee have purchased the iconic Warren Occult Museum, which houses over 750 paranormal artifacts, including the infamous Annabelle doll. The museum, located in Connecticut, was previously owned by Ed and Lorraine Warren, the renowned paranormal investigators who brought demonology and the paranormal into the mainstream.

However, it's essential to clarify that Rife and Castee are not the outright owners of the individual items, but rather legal guardians and caretakers. The actual ownership of the collection, including the Annabelle doll, still belongs to Tony Spera, the Warrens’ son-in-law, and his wife. They have leased the items to Rife and Castee for at least five years.

The NESPR, the Warrens’ organisation, has claimed that Annabelle is attached to an inhuman demonic spirit. The doll, famed for its haunted reputation and inspiration for various horror films like "The Conjuring," "Annabelle," "Annabelle: Creation," and "Annabelle Comes Home," is undoubtedly the crown jewel of the museum.

The mansion and museum were closed to the public after Lorraine Warren’s death in 2019. Rife and Castee have plans to restore the museum and open it for overnight stays and museum tours, potentially reviving paranormal tourism and entertainment.

In a recent video, Matt Rife acknowledged the potential risks he's taking in living under the same roof as Annabelle. Paranormal investigator Zak Bagans stated that the doll is known to move on its own, leave messages on paper, and change positions.

Tragically, paranormal investigator Dan Rivera, who was a part of the NESPR, died suddenly in his hotel room while showcasing the Annabelle doll on the national Devils on the Run Tour. Authorities labeled his death as "natural," but a final cause of death won't be determined until an autopsy is completed. It's important to note that the Annabelle doll was not present when Rivera passed away.

The Warren Occult Museum temporarily shut down in 2019 due to zoning issues. With Rife and Castee at the helm, the museum may soon reopen, offering visitors a chance to delve into the heart of some of the most famous haunted stories of all time.

The purchase of the Warren Occult Museum by comedian Matt Rife and YouTuber Elton Castee signals a new era for pop- culture, merging movies-and-tv with entertainment and paranormal artifacts. Their plans to restore the museum and open it for overnight stays and tours could revitalize paranormal tourism and entertainment, further popularizing the Annabelle doll in the realm of pop-culture.
