Light Show at the Push of a Button: Buzzer Christmas House Becomes a Hit - Cologne’s Push-Button Christmas Light Show Dazzles Locals and Visitors Alike

The light show, now in its fourth year, runs daily from 5 PM to 8 PM. It features 20,000 LEDs and miles of wiring, turning the house into a miniature stage. When the buzzer is pressed, one of sixteen songs from a rotating playlist plays alongside the lights.

No complaints from neighbours have been reported so far. Biela, a tech enthusiast, has included QR codes and a website for donations to support the project. While the house is sometimes called the Weihnachtsfestbuzzer-Haus, details about the realtor remain unclear, with no widely known public information linking a specific professional to the design.

The show continues to draw attention for its interactive and festive display. Visitors can enjoy the lights and music each evening, with the option to contribute via digital donations. Biela’s adjustments this year aim to keep the experience smooth and open to all.
