Collision on the "Siberia" highway in Krasnoyarsk Krai results in a fatality of a passenger in a "Toyota" vehicle.
On March 1st, a fatal traffic accident occurred on the Federal Highway R-255, also known as the Siberia route, in Rybinskiy Raion, Krasnoyarsk Krai. According to preliminary reports from the local traffic police, a 56-year-old driver of a Toyota Wish, traveling from Kransoyarsk towards Kansk, veered onto the oncoming lane and collided with another Toyota RAV4.
The passenger of the Wish, a 57-year-old individual, was taken to the hospital, but unfortunately, medical professionals were unable to save him. The driver and one passenger of the RAV4 sustained injuries. However, an 11-year-old girl in the RAV4, who was seat-belted in the rear seat, escaped unharmed.
Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the accident are ongoing.
