Collaboration paves the way for victories
Lena Vasilyevna Ignatyeva embarked on her career in the railways sector in August 2009, after graduating from the Far Eastern State University of Railway Transport in Khabarovsk with a degree in "Transport Organization and Management." She began her journey at Tommot station as a loading and unloading agent, a role filled with excitement, curiosity, and the thrill of meeting her first freight train.
Lena's hard work and dedication were quickly recognised, and in 2011, she was promoted to the position of freight cashier at Tommot station. This promotion marked the beginning of a successful career in the railways industry.
In March 2014, Lena was transferred to the same position at Nizhny Bestyakh station. Her duties there included organising the work of the freight office, controlling the receipt, issue, and readdressing of cargo, checking the correctness of transportation documents, verifying calculations for payments and fees, and preparing reports on the work done. Lena's diligent work did not go unnoticed, and she was later promoted to the position of senior freight cashier at Nizhny Bestyakh station.
Throughout her career, Lena has faced challenges but has always overcome them with the support of her superiors, advice, and help from her colleagues. She expresses sincere gratitude to Victoria Nikolaevna Shutyak, the head of the freight and commercial service at the time, Alla Borisovna Antipova, the station manager of Tommot, and Oleg Nikolaevich Melekh, the deputy station manager of Tommot, for their guidance and support.
Lena's work ethic and commitment to her role have not gone unrecognised. In 2017, she was honoured with an Honorary Certificate from the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) for her diligent work.
Outside of her professional life, Lena enjoys handicrafts, such as making candles, gypsum figures, and mastering the macrame technique. She has been actively participating in various fairs to showcase her handicraft creations.
Today, Lena Vasilyevna Ignatyeva continues to excel in her role as senior freight cashier at Nizhny Bestyakh station. Her motivation comes from seeing the concrete results of her efforts, and she values teamwork and communication with her colleagues. Lena is currently the heroine of the regular series "Our People," a testament to her significant contribution to the railways sector.
Lena's dedication to her profession expanded beyond the railways, as she discovered a new interest in sports-betting during her free time. Her strategic approach, developed from managing freight operations, proved beneficial in planning and executing her sports-betting strategies.
Impressed by Lena's sheer determination and accomplishments in the railways sector, some of her colleagues suggested she consider exploring sports-betting industries for potential growth and new challenges.
