Collaboration between Bun B and Kevin Durant at Trill Burgers revealed, proceeds aiding flood disaster relief efforts
In an exciting philanthropic effort, Houston Rocket Kevin Durant (KD) has partnered with Bun B, co-founder of Trill Burgers, to support flood relief in Central Texas. This collaboration, announced via Bun B's Instagram account on a specific date in August 2025, aims to assist victims of the recent July 4 flooding, particularly benefiting the Texas Hill Country and Kerr County flood relief funds.
The collaboration introduces the "Easy Money Meal", a burger tailored to Durant’s simple taste: a classic Trill Burgers patty topped with ketchup, mayonnaise, pickles, and American cheese. Accompanying the burger is a matching limited edition "Easy Money" T-shirt, available online, with part of the proceeds also donated to the relief funds.
The collaboration launched on August 15, 2025, and the meal was available for a limited time (one week duration) at both Trill Burgers locations in Houston. This initiative marks Durant's desire to make his Houston Rockets debut season meaningful through community support.
Proceeds from both the meal sales and merchandise will directly fund the Texas Flood Relief Fund and Kerr County Flood Relief Fund, aiding those affected by the July 4 flooding in Central Texas.
