Spicy Orange-Roasted Fig and Walnut Labneh Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 orange
- 7 ounces sun-dried Mission figs (210g), stems removed and halved
- 1/3 cup walnuts (40g)
- 8 ounces Karoun Dairies Labne Kefir-Cheese
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions:
- Peel the orange, then separate the segments and set aside. Squeeze the juice from the orange skin and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe dish, heat the orange juice for 30 seconds. Add the figs and let them soak for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a half-sheet baking pan with parchment paper on it.
- Roast the walnuts in the oven for 6-8 minutes or until lightly golden brown, then let them cool. Coarsely chop the walnuts.
- Drain the figs, reserving 1-2 tablespoons of the orange juice for later. Toss the figs in the juice.
- In a food processor, blend the Labne, walnuts, figs, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and orange zest until smooth. If necessary, add a bit of the reserved juice to achieve the desired consistency.
- Serve with crackers or veggies.
