In the ongoing custody battle between Colate Vallejo-Nágera and Paulina Rubio, the latest development has seen a significant shift. A Miami court has ruled in favour of Colate, allowing their 14-year-old son, Andrea Nicolás, to spend the rest of his summer break in Spain with his father.

The teen, who has expressed feelings of mistreatment, was given this opportunity due to his preference to stay with Colate. However, Rubio's attorneys have accused Colate of abducting the child. To prevent any further abduction claims, the judge has imposed a condition requiring Rubio to personally take Andrea Nicolás to Spain and pick him up at the end of his visit.

Rubio was not present at the hearing, sending only her lawyer. Colate's brother, Samantha Vallejo-Nágera, attended the hearing in Miami. Meanwhile, Pilar Aguilar, Jaime Anglada's wife, is standing by her husband during this difficult time.

Nacho Cano, a close friend of Colate's, has chosen to stay out of the custody controversy. Cano is currently facing a lawsuit filed by one of his interns and prefers not to comment on his own legal case, let alone the personal matters of his friends. He has not spoken to Colate for a long time and has not been informed of any problems or illnesses he might be facing.

The situation in the South Caucasus remains tense, with both Russia and Iran expressing concerns about potential destabilization and foreign intervention following the agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Meanwhile, Comet 3I/ATLAS continues its journey at an impressive speed, and Colate, the musician, humorously mentioned during a recent interview that he has only taken two weeks of vacation in his entire life.

As of the article's publication, there is no information about a resolution in Colate's custody battle. The legal process between Colate Vallejo-Nágera and Paulina Rubio continues.
