"CM Yogi's envisioned fear-free society serves as a palpable reality today," asserts Disha Patani's father.

In a significant turn of events, the Delhi Police and Uttar Pradesh STF carried out a joint operation in Ghaziabad, leading to the encounter and subsequent deaths of two accused involved in a shooting outside Bollywood actress Disha Patani's father's residence in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.

The shocking incident, which occurred at around 3:45 am on September 12, disrupted the peace and instilled fear in the public, according to UP Additional Director General (ADG) of Law and Order, Amitabh Yash.

Ravinda alias Kullu and Arun were injured during the encounter near the Tronica City area of Ghaziabad and later succumbed to their injuries. The two deceased accused were affiliated with notorious gangsters Goldy Brar and Rohit Godara, who had claimed responsibility for the attack on social media.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had previously assured Disha Patani's father, Jagdish Patani, of strict action against the accused and security arrangements. SSP Bareilly Anurag Arya had also assured the family of safety, while Inspector Rajesh from the police force spoke with Jagdish Patani about the security measures taken.

Jagdish Patani expressed his gratitude towards CM Adityanath and was satisfied with the security and swift action taken in the encounter. He stated that the encounter of the two accused involved in firing outside his residence is a living example of the fear-free society Yogi Adityanath envisioned for Uttar Pradesh.

The UP ADG expressed that the incident was a direct challenge to the zero-tolerance policy of the UP Police and the UP Chief Minister. The encounter operation was a testament to the authorities' commitment to maintaining law and order and protecting citizens from such criminal activities.
