CM Punk clashes with fan at MGM Grand after filming dispute

CM Punk got into an altercation with a fan in the lobby of the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas after his loss to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 42 on Sunday, as seen in a video by TMZ.

Punk, who was wearing a Chicago sweatshirt and a beanie hat, is seen angrily slapping a phone out of the hands of a male fan, who was filming Punk's wife, fellow WWE star AJ Lee, and veteran wrestler Bayley hugging in the lobby just after midnight on Monday.

'Sorry man,' the fan is heard saying before repeatedly adding, 'Sorry Punk.'

Punk's real name is Phillip Jack Brooks.

Multiple comments under the video claim that the fan had been persistent for a photo with Lee, whose real name is April Jeanette Mendez, after she initially said, 'No.'

Security guards quickly stepped in to make sure things didn't escalate further.

Punk, who was rolling a suitcase, and Lee were seen leaving the hotel lobby as the video cut off.

It came hours after Punk's devastating loss to Reigns in the main event during Night 2 at WrestleMania 42.
