Climb Global Acquires Interworks.cloud to Dominate European Cloud Distribution

Climb Global Solutions, Inc. has finalised its purchase of interworks.cloud for around €8.0 million (approximately $9.4 million). The deal expands Climb's reach in Southeastern Europe and bolsters its position as a cloud and software distributor. Interworks, a Greece-based value-added cloud distributor, will now operate under Climb's global network.

Interworks has built a strong presence across Southeastern Europe, serving over 600 cloud resellers and managed service providers (MSPs). The company supports partners with 24/7 technical assistance, training, and transparent collaboration to drive cloud adoption. Its key markets include Greece, Malta, Cyprus, and Bulgaria, with recent expansions targeting Romania, Croatia, and Slovenia.

The acquisition brings Interworks' entire team into Climb, ensuring continuity for existing partners and customers. Interworks' expertise includes a well-established Microsoft 365 business and deep knowledge of cloud marketplaces. This aligns with Climb's strategy to strengthen its Pan-European Microsoft partnership and enhance its distribution capabilities.

Climb expects the deal to boost earnings and adjusted EBITDA, reinforcing its leadership in cloud and software distribution. The company uses non-GAAP financial measures, such as adjusted net income and adjusted EBITDA, to assess performance. Forward-looking statements in the announcement fall under Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Interworks also maintains partnerships with major software vendors, including Microsoft, Acronis, and Nord Security. These relationships will now integrate with Climb's broader global resources, offering partners greater scale and investment opportunities.

The acquisition combines Interworks' local expertise with Climb's international reach. Partners and customers in Southeastern Europe will retain the same support while gaining access to expanded services. Climb's strengthened position in cloud distribution is set to drive further growth across the region.
