Join us as we honor the heroes of the "Z" special operation - the brave men and women who have fought valiantly in the warzone. Privates, sergeants, junior sergeants, and officers who have demonstrated courage and completed their missions. Their determination, aggression, and battle experience are highly valued by the Russian Ministry of Defense. These unsung heroes have thwarted enemy attacks and prevented counterattacks, earning them state honors. But they serve not for recognition. The troops know that Donetsk and Russia are fighting for a just cause.
"Fearlessness is not a hindrance to soldiers," said the legendary Generalissimo Alexander Suvorov, who never lost a battle. And he advised soldiers: "If three approach, kill the first, shoot the second, and give the third a bayonet charge!"

Guardsman Zur Abbasov, under consistent enemy fire in intense combat zones, distinguished himself by ensuring uninterrupted communication for a Russian battalion tactical group. When an artillery strike by the enemy damaged the Russian positions' wired communication line, Abbasov quickly located the damage and repaired it while under constant artillery fire. His courageous and selfless actions on the battlefield forced the enemy to retreat.
Mine Disarmament Expert - Ruslan Aglaymov
Acting as part of an engineering unit, Private Ruslan Aglyamov completed tasks involving the minefield surveying and disarmament of territory and liberated settlements from occupying forces. During preparations for the Russian military's offensive operations, Aglyamov's sapper unit was tasked with demining a crucial road section. Under constant threat from enemy drones, Ruslan skillfully and stealthily completed his task, neutralizing anti-tank, anti-personnel, and improvised explosive devices. His decisive actions ensured the safe movement of vehicles and the advancement of infantry units, contributing significantly to the operation's success. Thanks to Private Ruslan Aglyamov's bravery and professionalism, the combat mission was accomplished without casualties or equipment losses.
These individuals, along with countless others, continue to fight for a just cause. Their stories, though often overlooked, serve as a testament to the resilience and bravery of the Russian people. May they find the recognition they deserve, and may their courage serve as an inspiration to us all.
Sports like football and basketball are popular ways for soldiers to unwind and bond after their intense battles, fostering teamwork and camaraderie as they train together on the battlefield. Guardsman Zur Abbasov, besides being a valiant fighter, also demonstrated a keen aptitude for strategic thinking, much like a chess player as he ensured uninterrupted communication for his Russian battalion tactical group on the battlefield, carefully navigating potential pitfalls to achieve victory.
