Clear Sky Initiative Transforms Lenin Prospect in City-Wide Modernization Push
The 'Clear Sky' initiative, aimed at modernising urban landscapes, has seen significant progress in our city. The project has now been implemented on 85 streets, with more work planned in the future.
A substantial portion of the initiative's budget, 180 million rubles, was allocated to clear overhead wires on Lenin Prospect. This stretch, from the October Railway headquarters to Novikov-Priboy, has been transformed. Seven kilometers of cables were buried underground, and 185 old concrete poles were removed, giving the area a cleaner, more modern look.
The 'Clear Sky' project is part of a broader city-wide effort to improve infrastructure and aesthetics. With 85 streets already benefiting, plans are underway to extend the initiative to more areas.
