Meanwhile, the Building Council will have two meetings during the same week. The first is scheduled for Wednesday, September 17, with the second taking place on Friday, September 19. The Building Council meetings will both take place in the same location as the Council of Elders.
The agenda for the Building Council meetings is packed with important items. On Wednesday, the council will discuss the urban planning competition "Between Lurzenhof and Auloh," which is being held in cooperation with the District of Lower Bavaria. Additionally, a status report on the necessary fire protection measures for City Hall 1 and updates to the land use and landscape plan are on the agenda.
Various resolutions and changes to building plans are also on the agenda for the Building Council meeting on Friday, September 19, at 9 AM. Furthermore, the council will discuss a number of items related to the competition, including the competition's progress and any decisions that need to be made.
It's worth noting that the Citizen Information Portal of the city contains current meeting dates and decisions from previous meetings. However, as of now, there are no specific search results providing the composition of the Council of Elders for the meeting on Thursday, 17 September 2023.
These meetings provide an excellent opportunity for citizens to stay informed about the decisions being made in their city and to voice their opinions on important matters. We encourage all interested citizens to attend and participate in the meetings.
