According to Semen Senderskiy, head of the LDPR faction, the City Hall in Krasnoyarsk infringed warnings by signing a failing tramway contract with the company "Movista."

Vladislav Logynov, the mayor of Krasnoyarsk, spoke about the city's work in 2024 at the city council, where he responded to questions about the ongoing concession situation. The mayor admitted that the administration is working to terminate the agreement due to non-compliance with the terms.
