City Chamber Concert featuring Eins68: A showcase of global and balfolk tunes
On Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 5:00 PM, the Music School our city e.V. will be hosting a chamber concert featuring the duo Eins68. The event will take place at the Music School our city, located at Friedrich-Ebert-Allee 1234, 225 our city.
The duo consists of Rike Callies and Angelina Krastel. Rike Callies, a renowned figure in our city, is known for her teaching in the EMP department and mandolin for many years. She will be playing vocals, diatonic accordion, toy piano, and small percussion.
Angelina Krastel, who will also be performing, is a celebrated musician in our city. She is a member of Eins68 and will be playing mandolin, mandola, vocals, and small percussion.
The concert will showcase a fusion of world and balfolk music from France and Sweden. Balfolk music, originally from France, has also gained popularity in Scandinavian countries.
