Choirs Enchant at Regensburg's Landesgartenschau
A lively and entertaining event took place on Sunday at the Landesgartenschau in the Regensburg region. Barbara Gerl hosted the show, while two choirs from the Upper Palatinate, the traditional church choir Wutschdorf and the versatile vocal ensemble Cantico, performed.
The church choir Wutschdorf, under the direction of Lukas Schöpf, kicked off the programme with the joyful canon 'Gaudeamus Hodie'. They also delighted the audience with the popular folk song 'Bunt sind schon die Wälder'.
The Cantico choir, led by Thomas Reiser, brought their unique blend of entertainment to the stage. Reiser is known for his involvement in the morning show at the State Garden Show in October 2021.
The concert afternoon on the Sparkasse stage was a resounding success, thanks to the talented performances of both choirs and the engaging hosting of Barbara Gerl.
