- 1 1/2 cups of soaked chickpeas (250g), soaked in warm water for 3 hours
- 2 teaspoons of olive or sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of black sesame seeds
- 1/2 small red onion (100g), finely chopped
- 2 1/2 tablespoons of Curry and coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
