Ingredients (Serves 8):

  • 455g of chopped chicken breast
  • 1 finely chopped head of cabbage
  • 2 small green bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • A handful of fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 125g of cornmeal
  • 250g of all-purpose flour, plus water as needed
  • Oil for frying

Preparation:
